Let’s Quick Start with the Ingredients required To make this Delicious Breakfast
Grated Paneer or Cottage Cheese 150 grams
Rava 1 Cup
Chopped Onion – 1
Chopped or Grated Carrot – 1
Grated Coconut ¼
Boiled Peas 1 small Cup
Chopped Tomato – 1
Water 3 Cups
Chopped Ginger Small Piece
Green Chillies – 3
Ghee or oil
Salt As Per taste
Paneer Cubes 5 – 7
Preparation of Paneer upma:
Heat Up the Pan
Add oil Or Ghee Into It
Now, Add the urad dal & mustard seeds.
Add the Curry leaves, Asafoetida, Green Chillies, Ginger and let them crackle.
Fry them For 2-3 Minutes on Medium Flame.
Add the chopped onions, Carrot, Tomato and Parboiled Peas.
Cook all the Vegetables for 2-3 minutes on a High flame, until The Onions Turn Slightly Brownish In colour.
Add Grated Paneer & Coconut Into the Pan
Then pour 3 Cups of water into the pan.
Let The Water boil
Slowly add Rava into the pan.
Mix it well So that the Rava Balls Don’t Form.
Keep stirring well
Cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.
Turn off The Stove.
Your Paneer Upma Is Ready!
Garnish it with Paneer cubes & Coriander Leaves
Serve it with Yogurt or Curd.
